BAD heart burn...Do you know of a quick cure?

I am pregnant and having a major heartburn crisis. I cannot get to the store tonight for Rolaids and have none on hand. I have a prescription from the Doc but as I said, I cannot get to the store tonight. What do you guys do for heartburn that doesn't necessarily include heartburn medications? I will not sleep if this persists. It is so bad that I can literally hear the acid crackling in my throat - sounds kind of like Pop Rocks. It is really gnarly heartburn - not the usual.
