Skin picker! should i see a dermatologist?

hey so i am 13 years old. before i new picking could scar on my face at like the age of 8 i used to pick on my skin lik eit was a stress reliever for me and now i have a couple scars like little black holes like large pores but some arent so bad and look curable and i have a little acne. dp you think it would be okay for me to go and see a dermatologist i have thought about this for a while. im not really looking for any treatemant just yet but i want to just learn about what i can do to help my skin.
