I think i found a lump?

So I gave my self a exam but it isn't around my period cuz I haven't gotten it in a while (I'm not pregnant I'm a virgin) well anyways I don't know of it is its around my nipple but I feeel it twice but I don't feel it on the other so I'm wondering if it is a lump or not...its not squishy or anything. And I don't have the money or insurance to see a doctor...so what do I do? And I'm 17
