Car Insurance Question - Where Can I Go?

Try SAFECO (soon to be Liberty Mutual, right?) or Progressive. That is where I send our worst drivers. The suspended license might be a problem though... unless you have another driver in the household you could also list so that there is at least one valid-license driver on the policy.
