How can I come off as less scene (teen boy)?

Honestly, scene is mostly how you act. Your hair doesn't seem like the normal scene style, it's just outrageous. Don't worry, if your style is you then who cares how other people interpret it? It honestly doesn't sound like you dress too scene, you dress how you feel like dressing. If you want to tone it down, just go into more neutral colors. No outrageous neons. It would look amazing with your hair, too. I am dying to see a picture of your hair, though...haha. c:
