Boots For Thick Calves? ?

Hi, I am a plus sized woman. I'm more so top heavy than bottom heavy though. I walk a lot, especially now that I attend a college in a town with MANY hills everywhere, so my calves are more so thick and muscular rather than just fat. It makes it difficult to see a nice boot [heels or uggs] and know that they'll only fit midway over my calf. Are there any places or websites that sell boots for large calved women, for cheap [possibly]??
