Can I use "steam mop" to clean marble floor and granite counter top?

?not sure what a steam mop is. i can tell u i clean a restaurant that 250 Booth's 25 table and chairs in it.one, is it in a home or public use,2 ,allot of grease or just dirt?the key to having a good looking floor is one not to use allot of cleaner on it,also if really dirty get mop wet,ring it out and what it call damp mopping.the biggest thing is to CHANGE THE MOP WATER OFTEN.if u only use one mop bucket you are just pushing the dirt around not removing it.
