FIFA 07 PS2 is the bar next to the OVR the morale or the tiredness? How can I raise it to green?

I'm playing on PS2 and most of my players are on red or yellow and I just don't know how to raise it. Also if anyone knows how can I get my players to accept their contract renewals? Thanks
