How can one get to have such a good voice, like Patsy Cline and Dolly Parton?

You cant learn to have a good voice.You either have it (born with it) or you don't.They have so much technology these days that,they can make people who don't have a good voice Sound like they do! Computerized sound systems and such,is how they do that.Back in the days when Patsy Cline sang,they didn't have stuff like that.Dolly Parton started out singing with only her,and her guitar! These are just natural born,really good singers! Its true that no matter how well you sing,voice lessons can help to even improve your singing and voice.They both also probably started out hearing music from day one,and started singing with it since the day they learned to talk.This plays a huge role in how well a person can sing.but its not all of it.You have to be born with a good voice and a good ear for music to really be a good/great singer! These ladies have a God given talent!
