How do i help my little brother inprove his english, he does not speak it very well?

he is 3 and hee has a hard time with english, he only speaks chahta anumpa. i didnt learn english untill i was like 6 because when i went to school, but he is having a hard time talking to some of the people at his daycare, how do i elp him? oh im 14
