I need help! I'm really confused about the situation, my feelings, and the 2 other guy's feelings. ? do I do?

Ok, I used to work at the mall in the food court. Two older coworkers (I won't meantion names, just ages) One 26 and who's possibly married, and the other, above 40, all said that they "really like me." I'm only 17! I don't how to respond to that from two older men. But, they're both hispanic-and it's polite to greet each other-as it is in the U.S. But in spanish cultures, a greeting is a handshake+ hug/two small pecks on the cheek. When I was greeting the above-40-year-old, he kissed me on my neck!!! I was shocked-but since I've never been kissed before...It felt weird, and without wanting to-i blushed a little! And as for 26, he wants me to go to his house, or comes over to mine. Since there's kind of a language barier, I don't know how to fully express my thoughts. I mean I plan to "keep myself untill marriage/true love." I'm not attracted to those men in any way. But what I'm confused about now is if he says he loves me, does he? Maybe I shouldn't be so concerened about age. HELP!!
