Obesity epidemic question. Tired and stumped. Pick up some points. Please help?

Poor food choices + laziness + sedentary lifestyle + excuses as to why they are still fat + acceptance of fat lifestyle + not wanting to change it + media endorsing all of the traits just listed = obesity epidemic.
