Help! what should i do? friends and animal abuse!?

I can see that poor dog being scared for life and ending up at a shelter, and that hamster dying from a fall. I suggest making an anonymous tip to the spca and ask for thier advice. If the spca does make a report on them and they find out it must have been you, well then you might loose a friend. But really, What's more important? An animals well being or your friendship with potentiality animal abusers? That's just my feelings on it and I'm a huge animal person. I was never abusive like that to my pets when I was a child so I don't think that's normal.
