How do you do the trick where you carry and manipulate a sharp razor blade in your mouth like criss angel?

How do you hide the razor in your mouth and manipulate it with your tongue and lips without getting cut? There is a video of an old guy on youtube doing it too... along with criss angel videos i imagine.
