Should I get a polaroid (5MP) or a digital Camera (10MP). But Mega-pixels aside, which should I get?

Plus, I might be able to get a digital polaroid camera, it can save pictures too, like the CZA-05300: Polaroid PoGo™ Instant Digital Camera. Which should I get, and will the mega-pixels matter?
