Targeting "how to" keyword phrase correctly??

First, I would wonder if your targeting a specific area of the country. If so, I would just go with "Car Vinyls" There will be alot of competition for all sorts of stuff using "How to" and generally I would think just narrowing your phrase down to the meat of the product works and works with less cost. Hope that helps. If your looking at adertising nationwide then depending on your budget I would get even more specific. Of course, you will need to really watch your per click budget both daily and monthly. It can add up quickly.
