Two weeks dating, didn't spend Valentines together, should i be upset?

I got a Vday txt msg at 8am - ok start. At 4pm i finally ask if he wants to see me. (I had stood him up the13th but 4 good reason - bad weather) He says he's going out with the boys and maybe we can meet later (call, yeah i get it). I get 3 drunken txt msgs during the night & he calls at midnight. Wants me to ride to the bar where he's at & take him home. I'm bed asleep so i say "sorry you waited too long" he grumbled and hung up on me. 2:45am calls again and is drunk & beligerent moaning he has to walk home (no cabs, buddies left him) can i come get him & take him home? I still said no, so i got yelled at rudely and hung up on again. No apology in the morning. My male friends tell me that he went to the bar to see if he could meet someone else and didn't so i got the after hrs call. He says he was just having fun with mates. I let him go this morning said not to call me and now he's text apologizing...does he get another chance? ps. gifts don't matter but time does and i got none
