What is this ??!????!??!?

Today I went to buy chips at Ralphs with my sister and suddenly i can't breath I was trying but I couldn't than after a 10 sec. I could breath ... Anyways I had this thing like couple of time this year . What is this thing that keeps happing . Plz explain :D thnxz
